Flag Tee Factory Policies 

 

We have a new policy for all customers;

 

If paying with a PO we need the PO number before we can begin processing the order

 

Existing Customers:

For all other forms of payment we will need to have a card on file to begin processing the order. You can pay the full amount now or upon pick up. Your order will have a net of 30 days and if we do not receive payment by the due date the card on file will be charged.

New Customers:

For all other forms of payment we will need to have a card on file and require half down to begin processing the order. You will pay the rest of the amount upon pick up. Your order will have a net of 30 days and if we do not receive payment by the due date the card on file will be charged.

Unpacking Fee - If bringing in items that are individually wrapped and uncounted there will be an unpacking fee of $10. This slows down the process of getting things embroidered and screen printed. Thank you. 

 

For all Customers:

Art work - If you have artwork in a Vector file (eps. Svg. Ai) there will be no artwork fee. All other files ex PNG, JPEG, ect, still work but there will be artwork fee for artist to create it. 

 

Art Proof Disclaimer

MOCKUPS-  Please be sure to double check spelling, grammar, layout, and design content. If the proof containing errors is approved, the customer is responsible for all costs, including corrections and reprints. Our policy also includes (3) free rounds of revisions to artwork. After those revisions are used an edit fee will be added with each change.

 proofs may not represent exact apparel styles. All colors displayed may look different in person than on your computer screen due to the individual monitor or screen color settings. These designs are property of Flag T factory and can not be reproduced without written permission. An artwork release fee will also apply. All artwork must be approved by the customer before we move forward with the order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas.
